![Objective To study the study of Waldheimia glabra (Decne.) Rgl.] The chemical composition of whole plants and their anticomplement activity. Methods The anti-complement activity of Tibetan bimauninol extracts was tested by hemolysis experiment, and the anti-complement activity was used as the separation guide for separation and purification, and the structure was identified by modern spectroscopy technology to confirm the anti-complement active ingredients. Results Ten anticomplement active substances were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of Tibetan plumbosis, including 5 phenolic acids, 3 flavonoids, 1 sesquiterpene and 1 tyrosol. Conclusion Phenolic acid AND flavonoids are the main anti-complement active components, and structure-activity relationship analysis shows that caffeoyl groups play an important role in anticomplement activity.](/template/shoutu41/assets/images/logo.png){kind=logo}
